These Terms govern your access and use of the website and all services provided through it. By using our Ethiopian e-commerce platform or Eritrean marketplace, you confirm your agreement to comply with these Terms.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

• The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be undamaged and intact.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

5. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Fidel Markato reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and your account, without prior notice or liability, if:
